Job Description:

Our Client seeks an experienced HubSpot Super Admin & Portal Workflow Specialist to support and troubleshoot issues faced by internal and external users within their HubSpot Enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HubSpot workflows and custom codes, with at least 6 months of hands-on experience. This role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and the ability to resolve issues within one business day.

 

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot vendor-facing portal issues including submission failures, pipeline blocks, and data mapping errors.

• Create and refine custom properties and objects; update field mappings ensuring compliance.

• Build and modify workflows to support asset review, onboarding, and status changes.

• Update and deploy partner intake forms; ensure data flow integrity.

• Provide real-time troubleshooting and support for all HubSpot-related vendor requests.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and custom codes.

• Proficient in managing HubSpot Sales, Service, and Content hubs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in troubleshooting and critical issue resolution.

• Familiarity with compliance and security protocols.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
