Job Description

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, including inbox management, scheduling, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will help streamline communication and ensure that the CEO can focus on strategic initiatives.

 

Responsibilities of the Role

• Manage the CEO's inbox and respond to inquiries

• Schedule meetings and manage the CEO's calendar

• Organize and prioritize tasks and communications

• Assist with customer service and follow-ups

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience as an executive assistant or similar role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools

• Experience with customer service platforms

• Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier is a plus

 

Personality

• Must have good email etiquette and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• A proactive and adaptable mindset
