Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Back Office Support Specialist to assist with various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and have experience in similar roles.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow and bookkeeping duties

• Handle invoicing and client communication for any discrepancies

• Work with bookkeeping software, specifically Zero or similar platforms like QuickBooks

• Maintain organized and accurate records

• Provide administrative support as needed

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel

• Familiarity with bookkeeping software (Zero or QuickBooks)

• Understanding of financial concepts and cash flow management

 

Preferred Skills:

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Ability to adapt to various software platforms

• Effective communication skills for coordination with team members

 

Personality:

• Highly organized with strong executive function skills

• Self-motivated and resourceful

• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks
