Our Client is seeking a motivated and organized part-time Appointment Setter. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce services.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.

• Maintain a comprehensive log of conversations and appointments set.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Experience in a sales environment.

• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
