They operate under a well-established franchise system and are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient project execution across their assigned territory.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join their dynamic inside sales team. This role will focus on calling and qualifying inbound leads, managing follow-ups, and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Qualify prospects based on company criteria and confirm appointment details.

• Schedule and organize appointments for outside sales representatives within assigned territories.

• Ensure all appointments are accurately entered and updated in the company CRM system.

• Maintain consistent communication with the sales team to optimize schedules and lead quality.

• Understand and manage geographic logistics to ensure efficient routing of appointments.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Native or near-native English proficiency with clear and professional communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to identify qualified leads and handle objections effectively.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual calling software.

• Must be available to work full-time (approx. 39 hours/week) aligned with Central Time Zone (9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST, with breaks).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or franchise-based business environments.

• Knowledge of the Oklahoma region or familiarity with U.S. geographic logistics.

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• RingCentral (virtual calling system)

• ServiceMinder (CRM system)

• Microsoft Office Suite and general communication tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
