Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide vital administrative support to ensure efficient operations. This role involves managing daily tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling communications, requiring a detail-oriented and organized individual.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments.

• Handle email correspondence and client follow-ups.

• Provide general administrative support and assist with various tasks.

• Coordinate meetings and ensure proper documentation.

• Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.

• Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work consistently during standard business hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client communication.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with office management systems.

 

Personality:

• Highly dependable and consistent in availability during work hours.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

• Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in email and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace).

• Experience with communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).

• Familiarity with CRM or client tracking systems is a plus.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm EST
