Job Description:
Our Client is seeking motivated individuals who are intelligent, proactive, and responsible for a position that does not require prior property management experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service or sales, along with problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
• Manage client communications and relationships
• Utilize CRM tools for data entry and client tracking
• Collaborate with the team to solve issues proactively
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Strong background in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• High level of responsibility and accountability
