About the Company:

Our client provides coding education programs aimed at growing enrollment.

 

Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to help grow enrollment for our coding education centers. You'll be responsible for contacting prospective customers, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Follow up with inbound leads quickly.

• Convert leads into enrollments for coding programs.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

• Schedule appointments and answer customer questions.

• Generate additional leads when needed.

• Meet daily activity and sales targets.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous phone sales or inside sales experience.

• Excellent spoken English.

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable making 60–100+ outbound calls per day.

• Experience using CRM systems (any CRM is acceptable).

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling educational services.

• Familiarity with 3CX or similar VoIP systems.

• Experience working with inbound and outbound sales.

 

Personality:

• Confident and motivated.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM systems (any).

• 3CX or similar VoIP systems (preferred).

 

Schedule:

Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
