You will be responsible for setting appointments for our sales team. This involves confirming appointments and entering data into our system. You will use GoHighLevel extensively in this role.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Confirming appointments with clients.

• Entering and managing client data.

• Using GoHighLevel for appointment setting and data management.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Experience as a call confirmator.

• Experience with data entry.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

 

Personality:

• Organized.

• Reliable.

• Proactive.

 

Software & Tools:

• GoHighLevel (GHL).

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM EST
