Our Client is seeking a QuickBooks Specialist to manage QuickBooks time, create cost proposals and estimates for clients, and handle expense tracking. The position will start as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage QuickBooks time efficiently.

• Develop cost proposals and estimates for clients.

• Track and manage expenses using QuickBooks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficient in QuickBooks.

• Experience in creating financial proposals and estimates.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments.

 

Software & Tools:

• QuickBooks

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
