Our client operates in the health and wellness industry, providing a range of services through medical spas located in several states. They focus on enhancing client experiences and are expanding their team to accommodate a growing demand for services delivered in both English and Spanish.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting appointments with prospective clients to help drive revenue growth for their medical spa services.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process.

• Schedule consultations and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.

• Maintain and update prospect and activity records in the CRM.

• Collaborate closely with marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR, tele-prospecting, or other sales development role.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets.

• Bilingual proficiency in English (C2 level preferred) and Spanish.

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the health and wellness or beauty services industry.

• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC.

• Experience with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io).

• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Energetic and enthusiastic about creating positive client interactions.

 

Software & Tools:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Dialer and email outreach platforms

Schedule:

9-5 PST
