Our client is a company that sells orthopedic shoes, considered a medical device. They cater to an older demographic (50-80 year olds) and are in the process of redoing their website for a Shopify platform. They operate multiple brands under their main company, Anodine Shoes.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to create various assets for their brands. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and requires strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will understand the target demographic and be able to create designs that are not overly flashy but effective for orthopedic footwear.

This position is a full-time remote opportunity. The company is looking for someone to start as soon as possible due to a high volume of assets needed for their new Shopify website.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Create digital assets including emails, digital ads, and website graphics.

• Design print collateral as needed.

• Perform photo editing.

• Collaborate with the Director of Design and other team members.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and AI.

• Experience with photo editing.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

• Experience working with a product-based company, preferably in fashion, apparel, or shoes.

• Understanding of designing for an older demographic (50-80 year olds).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing using tools like After Effects.

• Experience with Shopify platform.
