About the Company:

Our Client is a growing business leader involved in multiple projects across sales operations, lead management, and online engagement. They are looking for a long-term team member to help streamline processes, support daily operations, and enhance productivity through organization and technology.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide ongoing support across several operational areas. This role involves managing LinkedIn engagement, organizing sales data, processing inbound leads, and supporting sales and operations coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and process-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage engagement on LinkedIn by commenting on relevant posts, adding “PS” notes to posts, and participating in engagement groups.

• Create and manage outbound sales sequences in HubSpot and SalesFlow using provided templates and content.

• Build account lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).

• Process inbound leads by verifying company details, initiating lead sequences, and adding qualified contacts to CRM systems.

• Monitor and update AirTable databases to ensure lead information is accurate and up to date.

• Communicate lead updates to team members and coordinate with development when necessary.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced English level (C1 or higher).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

• Tech-savvy with comfort using multiple platforms and digital tools.

• Ability to manage time efficiently across various small projects.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesFlow.

• Basic knowledge of AirTable or similar database tools.

• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative/project coordination roles.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and process-driven.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Reliable, with strong communication and follow-up habits.

• Comfortable managing multiple small tasks with minimal supervision.

Schedule:

9am to 1pm PST
