Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the digitalization and organization of work hours, invoices, and reports. The role involves collaboration through shared digital platforms and communication channels like WhatsApp.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Excel reports for driver work hours.

• Process tickets and invoices accurately, associating them with respective companies.

• Maintain a database of rates for different cities, ensuring correct billing based on hours or tonnage.

• Suggest organizational improvements and strategies for efficiency.

• Ensure all digital files are organized and accessible.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel and digital record-keeping.

• Experience in bookkeeping or similar roles involving report and invoice generation.

• Ability to work collaboratively through digital platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive in suggesting improvements and efficiencies.

• Experience in using communication tools like WhatsApp for team coordination.

 

Personality:

• Motivated and proactive with leadership skills.

• Common sense and ability to provide constructive feedback.

• Capable of working independently while managing shared responsibilities.
