Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our team in the debt solution industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and building relationships to assist them with debt management solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients

• Introduce and explain our debt solution services

• Identify and assess the needs of prospective clients

• Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients

• Schedule appointments for further consultations

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

• Meet daily and weekly call targets

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing

• Strong understanding of the debt solution industry preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients

• Proficiency in using CRM tools

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Persistent and resilient in the face of rejection

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software

 

English Level:

C2, Native
