Job Title: Account Executive (AE)

 

About the Company:

Our client is a B2B vendor providing services to the US real estate market, primarily focused on supporting real estate law firms and title agencies. They are expanding their sales efforts and exploring new methodologies to enhance their existing Account Executive team's activities.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent remote Account Executive (AE) to drive our sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and research to closing the deal. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of running a full sales gamut to establish a successful sales motion for our platform.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and prospecting to identify and generate new leads within the US real estate sector, particularly among title agencies and real estate law firms.

• Perform outreach to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns.

• Handle the initial discovery calls to qualify leads and understand their needs.

• Manage the full sales process independently, from initial contact to closing.

• Close new business, defined as getting a client to agree to begin the onboarding process and meet with our Client Success team.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role (e.g., Account Executive, Business Development Representative).

• Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales gamut from lead generation to closing.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; a minimal accent is required for clear communication, as the client base is entirely in the US.

• Must be available to work during US business hours.

• Experience selling to the real estate or legal industries is a significant plus.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms is required; specific experience with HubSpot is highly advantageous.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling to the real estate or legal industries.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Strong work ethic with an ability to adapt and be proactive.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).

• Communication tools for outreach (e.g., email, phone).

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Full time US BH

 

Compensation & Benefits:
