Our client is a financial services company.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an agent to support a financial services company. You will call clients throughout the day. You will gather their questions. You will transfer potential clients to the closing team. This role involves direct contact with clients. You will need to follow up with clients continuously.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective clients.

• Manage client communication via calls, SMS, and email through the company's CRM.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments.

• Transfer qualified leads to the sales/closing team.

• Log all client interactions in the CRM.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service and sales.

• English speaking with a neutral or minimal accent.

• Strong verbal communication and sales skills.

• Ability to prioritize call quality over call volume.

• You will receive training on the financial industry and processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Located in Latin America for time zone alignment.

 

Personality:

• You are focused on performance and outcomes.

 

Software & Tools:

• Company's proprietary CRM (includes marketing, email, SMS, appointment scheduling, and built-in AI features).

 

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

Approximately 20–25 hours per week.
