Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and articulate Cold Caller to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our client's gardening and landscaping services.

• Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information about potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies.

• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve outreach efforts.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English at a C1, C2 level or native proficiency.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Experience in the gardening or landscaping industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.

• Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software for maintaining client records and call logs.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
