Our Client operates in the travel-related services space and works directly with consumers. The business relies heavily on personal branding, referrals, and digital presence to attract and engage potential clients through organic online channels.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to help Our Client build a strong personal digital presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on content creation, video editing, social media management, and basic website and blog support.
Responsibilities:
• Edit photos and videos from real-life experiences (travel, inspections, venues, accommodations, etc.) into engaging social media content.
• Manage and grow personal-brand social media accounts, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and publish consistent social media posts, short-form videos, and basic long-form content.
• Support YouTube channel setup and ongoing content publishing.
• Write and publish blog content to support organic reach and visibility on search engines.
• Help build and maintain landing pages and basic sales funnel pages focused on lead generation.
• Ensure content aligns with an organic growth strategy (no paid ads).
• Collaborate closely with the client to turn raw photos, videos, and ideas into polished content.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a personal brand or small business.
• Experience with basic video editing for social media and YouTube.
• Ability to create content from raw photos and videos.
• Experience writing blogs or long-form content for online platforms.
• Basic experience working with website builders or CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar no-code tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work in both English and Spanish (Spanish proficiency preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic content strategies.
• Experience creating simple landing pages or lead magnets.
• Familiarity with social media content strategy and branding.
Personality:
• Creative and visually oriented.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of content creation.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal branding.
Software & Tools:
• Canva (Professional account).
• ChatGPT.
• Google Analytics.
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Website builders or CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
English Level:
C2, C1, Native
Schedule:
10 am to 2 pm EST
