Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with extensive experience managing high-budget Meta advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns while maintaining strong performance across large advertising budgets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing more than $5M annually in Meta ad spend, is highly analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Candidates located outside the United States are preferred, with Latin America being ideal.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.

• Oversee annual Meta advertising budgets exceeding $5M.

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

• Analyze campaign metrics to improve return on ad spend and overall performance.

• Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, bidding, and campaign structure.

• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

• Stay current with Meta platform updates and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align advertising strategies with business objectives.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Social Specialist.

• Demonstrated experience managing $5M+ annually in Meta advertising spend.

• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.

• Experience optimizing campaigns for measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing high-growth or large-scale performance marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and creative testing.

• Experience working with international or remote teams.

• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting.
