Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent & E-Commerce Assistant. This role involves managing e-commerce sales, interacting with customers, and providing necessary information through electronic communication. Initially, it will be a part-time role, moving to a full-time position.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage electronic sales by taking item images, writing descriptions, and publishing listings on platforms like eBay, Shopify, and Facebook.
• Interact with customers by answering incoming phone calls.
• Access store software to provide customers with information such as loan expiration dates.
• Send electronic links and information as required.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Mandatory bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Consistent and active connection via Google Meet during working hours.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify, and Facebook.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Personality:
• Reliable and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
• Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail in communication and sales tasks.
Software & Tools:
• Google Meet for communication.
• E-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify, and Facebook for sales management.
English Level:

Schedule:
9am to 5pm (PST)
