Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

• Document interactions and update client records in the system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role, particularly in a call center or similar environment.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
