Job Description:

The Internal Recruiter & HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for U.S. positions, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings. In addition to recruitment, this role will provide support with onboarding, offboarding, and other day-to-day HR activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.

This is a full-time remote position requiring excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Source qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment pipeline.

• Assist with candidate onboarding and new hire documentation.

• Support employee offboarding processes.

• Provide administrative support for various HR functions.

• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.

• Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure an efficient hiring process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources.

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Knowledge of U.S. hiring practices and recruitment processes.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

 

Software & Tools:

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.

• Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

• HR and recruitment software (preferred).

 

Schedule:

Full-time.

Monday to Friday.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Fully remote.
