Our Client provides comprehensive title and settlement services to facilitate real estate transactions. They aim to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for their clients.

 

Job Description:

This entry-level role supports sales and business development with a focus on lead generation, outreach, and market research. The position offers hands-on experience and a clear growth path toward senior sales responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for client and partner meetings.

• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Generate and qualify leads, scheduling meetings for senior sales leadership.

• Manage follow-up communications to ensure timely responses and next steps.

• Build, launch, and optimize outbound sequences and campaigns in Apollo and HubSpot.

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for market research, messaging, and sales collateral.

• Research markets, identify opportunities, and support market expansion initiatives.

• Attend or support regional industry events, networking functions, and conferences as needed.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Participate in mentorship and training programs to prepare for future senior roles.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (not required).

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or customer support (internships included).

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Self-starter, eager to learn and grow in a sales career.

• Ability to travel regionally as needed.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lead generation and outreach strategies.

• Proficiency in using AI tools for sales and marketing.

 

Personality:

• Motivated and enthusiastic about sales.

• Collaborative team player.

• Adaptable to changing environments.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot.

• Apollo.

• AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

 

English Level:

Native.

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST.
