Job Description:

Our client is looking for an AI Intake & Lead Response Specialist to build, manage, and optimize AI-driven systems that handle inbound leads, automate follow-ups, and improve speed-to-lead performance.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and manage AI-powered intake and lead response systems.

• Design automated workflows for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up.

• Optimize speed-to-lead across inbound channels (calls, forms, chat, SMS, email).

• Configure AI assistants or chatbots for intake and appointment scheduling.

• Improve lead quality through qualification rules and routing logic.

• Monitor performance metrics related to response time, conversion, and booked appointments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align intake systems with client goals.

• Continuously test and optimize intake flows to increase lead conversion rates.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience working with inbound lead generation or intake systems.

• Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools for lead handling or customer response.

• Strong understanding of funnels, lead qualification, and response workflows.

• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize systems accordingly.

• Experience working with CRM or lead management platforms.

• Strong communication skills in English.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with law firms or home-service businesses.

• Familiarity with AI chatbots, conversational AI, or voice AI systems.

• Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar automation.

• Understanding of speed-to-lead best practices.

• Background in automation, operations, or growth-focused roles.
