Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Assistant to join our client’s operations team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily business processes, maintaining accurate data, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating internal systems and databases.

• Coordinate and follow up on operational tasks and workflows.

• Maintain clear documentation and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

• Support internal teams with scheduling, tracking, and administrative needs.

• Communicate with clients or vendors when needed to gather or confirm information.

• Prepare reports, summaries, or documentation as required by leadership.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and data entry platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with task management platforms or CRM systems.

• Familiarity with process documentation and workflow tools.

• Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
