Job Description:
We are seeking an IT/Tech Support Specialist to provide both internal and external technical support and manage automation systems. The ideal candidate has solid experience with Monday.com, along with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and Airtable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT and technical support to internal staff and external clients.
- Maintain and optimize automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Airtable, and Monday.com.
- Manage and organize workspaces, dashboards, and automations in Monday.com.
- Troubleshoot issues, ensure integrations run smoothly, and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and implement automation solutions.
- Document workflows and provide guidance or basic training to users as needed.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT or technical support.
- Strong practical knowledge of Monday.com (required).
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and Airtable.
- Ability to design, maintain, and improve workflow automations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations between SaaS tools.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or internal departments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and collaborative tools.
Personality:
- Tech-savvy, curious, and proactive in finding efficient solutions.
- Organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and collaborative when working with different teams.
