Job Description:

The Closer SDR will be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential clients, pitching services, and closing deals. The role involves a high volume of calls, with a focus on one-call closes and a streamlined sales process.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the BDR team, which sets up meetings, and will be expected to manage a significant number of calls each day.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct sales calls with potential clients.

• Close deals effectively and efficiently.

• Manage a high volume of calls daily, ensuring follow-ups and proposals are sent promptly.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in transactional sales or one-call closes.

• Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as PipeDrive.

• Experience in remote sales environments.

 

Personality:

• Assertive and confident in closing sales.

• Professional yet personable, able to build rapport with clients.

 

Software & Tools:

• Google Meet for calls.

• PipeDrive for CRM management.

• Slack for team communication.

 

Schedule:

• Full-time position.

• Expected to manage a significant number of calls daily.
