Job Description:
This is a full-time role focused on improving the product’s usability, identifying bugs, ensuring quality releases, and collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with a deep understanding of product workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Own quality assurance processes for new and existing product features.
• Test new releases and identify bugs or functionality gaps before deployment.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align features with product goals and user expectations.
• Ensure proper implementation of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Work with developers to validate fixes and confirm that final releases meet requirements.
• Support the product roadmap by identifying UX issues and suggesting improvements.
• Participate in ongoing feature development and help streamline the release cycle.
• Provide actionable feedback to both the development and design teams.
• Advocate for a high-quality user experience by catching inconsistencies and inefficiencies in the user journey.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in QA, product operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and designers.
• Proficient in identifying bugs, writing test cases, and tracking issues.
• Ability to interpret PRDs and translate them into testable requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with user journey mapping and product usability testing.
• Experience with bug-tracking systems and QA tools.
• Prior work in cross-functional teams in a remote or international setting.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and structured.
• Proactive and dependable with a high sense of ownership.
• Strong communicator, especially in remote team environments.
• Open to feedback and collaborative in problem-solving.
Software & Tools:
• QA and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Google Suite
• Figma (for reviewing design implementation)
• Slack or other communication tools
English Level:
Native, C2, C1
Schedule:
9 - 5 EST
Salary and Benefits:
• Full-time position.
• Remote work flexibility with some overlapping hours in USCST preferred.
