The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and a proven ability to build relationships.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Identify and recruit potential affiliates for TikTok Shop.

• Conduct outreach using specialized software to connect with affiliates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.

• Drive affiliate performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Manage and nurture the affiliate community.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.

• Experience with TikTok Shop.

• Proven experience in affiliate outreach and recruitment.

• Ability to work within US Time Zones.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with community management.

 

Personality:

• High level of personal initiative.
