Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing emails and calendars, scheduling appointments, and making calls to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize emails and calendars efficiently.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

• Make calls to clients for appointment setting and confirmations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative role.

• Proficiency in email and calendar management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with appointment setting.

• Comfort in making calls to clients.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and detail-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Not afraid to take initiative and communicate with clients directly.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with email and calendar management software.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 am to 5 pm EST
