This role requires efficient handling of lead packs to maximize the number of appointments set while maintaining a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will track calls and appointments accurately and collaborate with the client to improve appointment-setting scripts and techniques over time.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Contact life insurance leads via phone.

• Set appointments for the client and their agents to close.

• Work through lead packs efficiently to maximize the number of appointments set.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
