Our Client provides educational financial guidance to families, supporting students and parents who request more information through online forms. They manage inbound leads and help families navigate financial products through scheduled consultations.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Part-Time Appointment Setter to contact inbound leads, educate them with provided scripts, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments through Calendly. The ideal candidate is professional, clear in communication, able to follow structured processes, and capable of handling light CRM and workflow tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contact new inbound leads (students, parents, families) through phone, text, and email.

• Use provided scripts to educate leads and share basic information.

• Qualify leads based on set criteria to determine if they are a good fit.

• Schedule qualified appointments through Calendly.

• Leave professional voicemails and follow up consistently.

• Document communication and lead status within the CRM.

• Perform basic automation tasks or learn simple tools when requested.

• Attend weekly check-in meetings with the client.

• Assist with additional outreach or follow-up tasks as needed across related campaigns.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills; slight accent acceptable but must be easily understood.

• Customer service or client-facing experience.

• Ability to follow scripts, ask questions, listen carefully, and communicate clearly.

• Comfort using CRMs or willingness to learn quickly.

• Ability to learn simple tools or automations through self-learning resources when requested.

• Professional phone presence and ability to handle daily call outreach.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or ability to learn it quickly through tutorials.

• Prior appointment-setting or lead-qualification experience.

• Ability to handle light automation tasks (email/text automation tools).

 

Personality:

• Friendly but professional; able to build rapport while remaining clear and to the point.

• Analytical and concise communicator.

• Serious, reliable, and able to ask the right qualifying questions.

• Smart, resourceful, and able to problem-solve or self-learn new tools when needed.

 

Software & Tools:

• Calendly

• CRM systems

• GoHighLevel (training provided if needed)

• Email and text communication tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time role (approximately 2–3 hours per day, 6 days per week).

• Base pay plus commissions based on appointments that qualify and deals that close.
