About the Company:

Our Client operates a coaching platform designed to empower individuals through guidance and mentorship from professional coaches.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic Sales Representative to engage with warm to hot leads and promote our coaching platform, ensuring prospects recognize its value and facilitating their journey through the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-35 calls per day, adjusted based on schedule and lead volume.

• Engage potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of the coaching platform.

• Handle objections and provide constructive feedback to coaches and account managers.

• Attend weekly team meetings for training and strategy alignment.

• Perform administrative tasks, including follow-ups with previous leads.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong charismatic presence and excellent listening skills.

• Ability to work between 25 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.

• Sales experience preferred but not required.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication abilities.

• Ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.

 

Personality:

• Charismatic and approachable.

• Results-driven and adaptable.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Flexible - 25 to 40 hours - 9-5 EST
