About the Company:

Our client is a business focused on enhancing sales and customer support operations. They are transitioning their operations from the Philippines to Central and South America and are looking to expand their team of sales representatives, including both setters and closers.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking Appointment Setters and Closers to join their sales team. Candidates will engage with potential clients, set appointments, and close sales, requiring excellent communication skills and full-time commitment.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and set appointments with potential clients.

• Conduct brief calls to qualify leads and schedule consultations.

• Manage appointment scheduling on the closer's calendar.

• Engage in 30-minute consultation calls to enroll clients in a free trial.

• Utilize Zoho CRM and Zoho Voice for lead management and calls.

• Use Ring Central for communication as a closer.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, with no significant accent issues.

• Full-time availability, preferably in the Mountain Time Zone.

• Experience with CRM tools is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Little to no prior sales experience is acceptable with training provided.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems like Zoho or similar platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

 

Personality:

• Driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed.

• High energy and enthusiasm for client engagement.

• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
