Job Description:

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team. This role involves making outbound calls to warm leads from an existing database, confirming or scheduling appointments, and offering services related to premium cycling products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive for consistent execution. Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound phone calls to prospective and existing clients using a CRM database.

Appointment Management: Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments for in-store visits or consultations.

Data Entry: Accurately record call details, outcomes, and notes in the CRM to ensure seamless team collaboration.

Communication: Clearly communicate service offerings in English, maintaining a professional tone. Use Spanish conversationally as needed.

Follow-Up Coordination: Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating client communications as required.

High-Volume Efficiency: Maintain a high call volume and consistent follow-up schedule to maximize client engagement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level preferred), with a good command of Spanish.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to effectively engage and convert leads.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities to manage high call volumes and data entry.

Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, preferably with experience in call center operations.

Sales Mindset: Ability to learn and apply basic sales techniques, with on-the-job training provided as needed.

 

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing.

Familiarity with CRM software and call-tracking tools.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

 

Personality:

Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Persistent and resilient in handling objections.

Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management.
