Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C performance marketing for U.S.-based consumer goods brands and be able to demonstrate verifiable success through past campaign results. Experience with TikTok Seller or Business account setup is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
• Create and manage TikTok Seller or Business accounts for brand visibility and product promotion.
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and custom events for performance optimization.
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements to improve ad performance.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and advertising best practices for social channels.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of continuous and recent experience in paid social advertising for U.S.-based B2C e-commerce businesses (mandatory).
• Proven track record of success with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (campaign examples or results must be available).
• Experience creating and managing TikTok Seller or Business accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and performance dashboards (a plus).

• Experience managing budgets across multiple platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to adapt messaging to social media audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage campaigns independently.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-managed.
Software & Tools:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• TikTok Advertising.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Schedule:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
