Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce services, and schedule appointments. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently in a fully remote setup.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments.

Follow a structured call script to introduce and promote services.

Engage with decision-makers and encourage interest in the offerings.

Research and identify new prospects through various sources.

Send follow-up reminders to confirm and document appointments.

Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups.

Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in appointment setting, sales, or call center roles.

Strong outbound calling skills with a track record in appointment scheduling.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle back-to-back calls.

Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and communication tools.

Reliable backup plan for internet, power, and equipment issues.
