Our client is a technology-driven company that provides AI-powered communication and automation solutions to help businesses optimize their sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to support our client’s growth by generating new leads, conducting outbound outreach, and booking qualified meetings. This role requires strong prospecting skills, experience generating leads independently, and the ability to perform effective cold calling and cold emailing. The position begins as part-time and transitions to full-time after the first month based on performance.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through targeted research and prospecting platforms.

• Conduct outbound cold calls to engage potential clients.

• Send cold emails and follow-up sequences to drive interest.

• Use LinkedIn and other databases to identify, research, and qualify prospects.

• Schedule and confirm appointments with qualified leads.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results.

• Meet weekly and monthly meeting-setting goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.

• Experience working with SaaS companies or selling SaaS solutions.

• Ability to generate leads independently.

• Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills.

• Knowledge of prospecting platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work part-time initially and shift to full-time after one month.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS sales or outbound prospecting for SaaS products.

• Familiarity with lead databases and email outreach automations.

• Previous experience setting appointments for sales teams.

 

Personality:

• Highly proactive and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working independently and meeting goals.

• Persistent, resilient, and confident in outbound communication.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Email outreach tools

• Prospecting platforms and databases

• CRM tools

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1

 

Schedule:

9am-5pm MST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time role transitioning to full-time after the first month based on performance.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
