About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will contact individuals who have shown interest in Virtustant's services and schedule initial discovery calls. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the growth of our innovative company.

 

Availability:

  • Part-Time (20 hours per week)

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients by phone who have expressed interest in Virtustant's services.

  • Schedule initial discovery calls with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate our services.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.

  • Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or telemarketing.

 

Language Requirements:

  • C2+ Level English proficiency.
