Job Description:

We need an IT Systems Engineer to design and implement the operational processes and funnels that will drive our client’s growth. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager to integrate tools like HubSpot, automate workflows, and ensure our supply and demand funnels run smoothly. This role is critical for scaling fast while keeping things adaptable in our early stages.

 

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain marketing and sales funnels using tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Integrate our CRM with cold email and cold calling systems to onboard suppliers efficiently.

Automate workflows to track leads (suppliers and demand-side partners) and streamline onboarding processes.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure email campaigns sync with our systems and funnel stages.

Adapt and update processes based on real-time feedback and testing results from the first month of operations.

Provide technical support to the founder and team for troubleshooting and system optimization.

Document all processes for scalability and future team onboarding.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, process design, or operations for startups or small businesses.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Zapier).

Intermediate knowledge of integrating marketing tools (e.g., email platforms) with operational systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt systems in a dynamic, early-stage environment.

Excellent English communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.

Spanish fluency is a plus (to align with Latin American team members).

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote, bootstrapped setup
