As a growing company, they aim to expand their market reach into Latin American countries, including Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, and Colombia.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Sales Setter to help promote their e-commerce platform and set up meetings with potential clients in the Latin American market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls and video chats to inform leads about the company's services and secure appointments for further sales discussions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in specified Latin American countries.

• Present the e-commerce platform to prospective clients during calls.

• Set up video calls to further discuss services and demonstrate the product.

• Collaborate with the internal team to align on sales strategies and messaging.

• Track interactions and outcomes through the client’s CRM systems.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred.

• Familiar with outbound calling techniques.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms similar to Shopify.

• Experience with CRM software, especially ClickUp or Trello.

• Familiarity with the Latin American market and culture.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and motivated with a strong sales orientation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different clients' needs.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with ClickUp and Trello for project management and tracking.

• Experience with phone systems or VoIP applications for outbound calls.

 

English Level:

• C1

 

Schedule:

• 10 AM - 1 PM EST
