Job Title: Account Executive

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join their Growth Team. The role involves driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to offer impactful technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client objectives and needs, collaborating on tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that articulate the value of services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain records in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
  • Negotiate terms to align with company policies and client expectations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in Business Development, especially in technology services or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud technologies (HR, ERP, digital solutions).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a structured sales methodology.
  • Knowledge of vertical markets such as healthcare, finance, and retail.
  • Background in a fast-growing startup or dynamic tech environment.
