Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join their Growth Team. The role involves driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to offer impactful technology services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client objectives and needs, collaborating on tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that articulate the value of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain records in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Negotiate terms to align with company policies and client expectations.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in Business Development, especially in technology services or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud technologies (HR, ERP, digital solutions).
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Highly organized with time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with a structured sales methodology.
- Knowledge of vertical markets such as healthcare, finance, and retail.
- Background in a fast-growing startup or dynamic tech environment.
