Our client is a retail and e-commerce business focused on selling premium products through both a brick-and-mortar location and online channels. They are currently transitioning to grow their online sales and strengthen their digital marketing strategies.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our client’s transition from a retail-focused operation to a strong e-commerce presence. This role will be key in managing digital advertising, supporting online marketing initiatives, and helping develop systems for their e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in PPC advertising, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Assist in building and improving e-commerce systems and processes.

• Contribute to social media management and content scheduling.

• Respond to customer inquiries and support online client interactions as needed.

• Collaborate with the owner to identify and implement marketing strategies that drive online growth.

• Analyze performance data to refine campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in PPC advertising, ideally within an e-commerce environment.

• Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign performance.

• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce marketing tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with social media marketing.

• Interest in learning new systems and tools relevant to online retail operations.
