Our Client operates in a dynamic environment, providing essential dispatch services to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between clients, residents, and vendors.

 

Job Description:

The Day Dispatcher manages communication and coordination tasks from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST, 7 days a week. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, accessing information through the internal CRM, and following protocols for various scenarios such as guard check-ins and towing coordination. The Night Dispatcher works from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PST, 2 days a week, managing communication and coordination tasks. This includes handling calls, managing resident requests, and processing guard reports using the internal CRM.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from clients, residents, and vendors.

• Utilize internal CRM to access and manage information.

• Follow established protocols for different scenarios.

• Coordinate towing services for parking violations.

• Review, analyze, and process guard reports.

• Assist with contracts and proposals as needed.

• Handle guard check-ins and manage resident requests.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Ability to follow set protocols and processes.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to analyze and process information accurately.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience assisting with contracts and proposals.

• Experience in similar dispatch roles.
