Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Call Center Representative with extensive experience working with U.S.-based companies in large call center environments. This role is focused on handling high call volumes, assisting customers with service-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience within the home services sector.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S.-based customers in a professional and efficient manner.

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage service appointments.

• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and customer inquiries.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the internal systems.

• Follow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.

• Manage high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies in a call center environment.

• Experience in large-scale call center operations.

• Proven background in the home services industry.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with ServiceTitan.

• Familiarity with home services workflows and dispatching processes.

• Experience handling scheduling and customer coordination.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

9am-1pm PST.
