Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to support their multimedia production company. This role will focus on content planning, strategy, scheduling, and posting across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, editing provided footage, and contributing to the overall social media strategy to grow their online presence.

This position requires a proactive individual who can understand and embody the client's voice, ensuring all content is aesthetically pleasing and aligned with trending topics. The role also involves managing and editing content for a podcast, including creating short-form video clips for social media promotion.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and execute social media content strategy.

• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Edit video content provided by the client.

• Create engaging captions and content that aligns with the client's voice and brand.

• Edit and upload podcast episodes and create short-form video clips from them.

• Stay updated on trending topics and incorporate them into content strategy.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content strategy.

• Experience with video editing for social media content.

• Ability to understand and adapt to a specific brand voice.

• Experience with podcast content creation and promotion.

• Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

 

Preferred Skills:
