They specialize in providing psychological care for individuals involved in personal injury or workers' compensation cases, helping clients manage conditions like depression, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions through licensed professionals.
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking Licensed Psychologists to join their virtual care team. This is a fully remote, contracted position ideal for professionals who want flexible scheduling while working with a motivated patient base. Psychologists will provide psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions to clients referred through personal injury or workers’ compensation claims.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological evaluations and follow-up therapy sessions with clients.
• Provide treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life transitions using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care).
• Document and update clinical notes and assessments in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Coordinate with the admissions and administrative teams regarding client documentation and scheduling.
• Uphold high attendance and engagement standards, supporting motivated clients seeking to return to work.
• Participate in required background screenings and credential verifications.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Must be a Licensed Psychologist in at least one U.S. state (California, Florida, and Arizona highly preferred).
• Possess a valid NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Maintain an active CAQH profile.
• Carry malpractice insurance.
• Must pass a background check (U.S. and local country if living abroad).
• Comfortable working as a contractor (1099).
• Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills:
• Holding a PSYPACT license is a strong plus (enables work in 40+ U.S. states).
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred due to client demographics in California and Florida.
• Familiarity with telemental health platforms and documentation tools.
• Experience working with injured clients or those involved in legal/insurance cases.
Personality:
• Empathetic and patient-centered with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and organized in a remote work environment.
• Adaptable and open to working across varying state requirements and client needs.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining compliance with documentation and clinical standards.
Software & Tools:
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Online scheduling and calendar management tools.
• Video conferencing platforms for therapy sessions.
• Communication systems for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
English Level:
C2, Native
Schedule:
9 - 5 PST or EST (20 hours Flexible according to candidates preference)
Salary and Benefits:
• Contracted position with hourly payment per session and evaluation.
• Flexible hours based on availability provided and referral volume.
• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
