Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to handle inbound inquiries from potential customers seeking handyman and home repair services. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in LATAM, requiring fluency in English (C1/C2/native level). The ideal candidate has a strong sales background and is comfortable closing warm leads without the need for outbound prospecting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients seeking handyman or home repair services.

• Understand the client’s needs and clearly communicate service offerings.

• Build trust with callers to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments or service bookings.

• Follow up with clients when needed to confirm details or provide additional information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous experience in sales or customer acquisition roles.

• Full professional fluency or native-level English (C1/C2/native).

• Based in Latin America.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Able to work full-time and manage a consistent inbound call flow.

• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the construction, handyman, or home services industry.

• Familiarity with service booking workflows or CRM systems.

• Experience handling U.S.-based clients is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Empathetic and confident communicator.

• Trustworthy and solution-oriented.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Calm under pressure and capable of handling high call volumes.

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (client-specific or standard tools).

• VoIP/Call-handling tools.

• Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

• Full-time remote position.
