About the Company:

Our client is an e-commerce company that owns and manages multiple brands selling on Amazon. They focus on growth, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization of product listings to maximize performance and sales.

 

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Amazon Account Manager / Listing Optimization Specialist to support the growth of one of their Amazon brands. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and content optimization. The position starts as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Amazon product listings and performance data to identify optimization opportunities.

• Develop and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

• Define product image concepts based on market trends, competitor analysis, and unique selling points.

• Conduct competitor and market research to improve listing positioning and conversions.

• Make independent decisions based on data insights and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the team to implement listing improvements and growth strategies.

• Continuously test and refine content strategies to increase visibility and sales performance.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing or optimizing Amazon listings.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• High English proficiency (C1/C2 level) with the ability to write fluent, natural, and persuasive content.

• Experience creating product listing content in English.

• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Mercado Libre due to its similar ecosystem and listing structure to Amazon.

• Experience in listing optimization, account management, or e-commerce growth roles.

• Familiarity with performance tracking and time management tools.

• Ability to identify market trends and translate them into effective listing strategies.

• Growth-oriented and interested in expanding responsibilities over time.

• Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Amazon Seller Central

• Market research and keyword analysis tools

• Time tracking tools (such as Time Doctor or similar systems)

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 13 PM EST
